Can I book tickets through Ticketvala without
having to use the internet?
Yes, you can book tickets by calling us on our line:
022 6529 0055 (From all networks including mobiles).
Can I book return tickets also?
Yes, you can book return tickets wherever they are available.
At the moment, from the major cities and will be soon available for more
destinations .
What are the modes of payment?
We accept all Major Credit Cards and Debit Cards from HDFC
Bank. Payments can also be made by Cash on delivery (for home delivery),
Mobile Payments through Oxicash and more options coming soon.
Are there any delivery charges for home
delivery?
Yes, we charge Rs. 20 per delivery within city limits.Please
call our toll freeline for further details if you live outside city
limits
How can I get my tickets online?
After completion of your transaction you can directly print
your tickets from "Print Ticket" link provided on the "Booking
confirmation" page. Kindly carry along the print out of the ticket ,
along with the photo identity proof. Your id should have the "Date of
Birth" information that was provided while making the reservation on the
net.
Can I buy tickets online with my credit/debit
card for someone else?
Yes, as long as you provide the valid data of the credit card,
you can buy tickets for any other person. There is no requirement for
the credit card to be produced while boarding the bus. The passenger
should submit the e-ticket along with photo identity proof showing the
"Date of Birth" information that was provided while making the
reservation on the net.
Do I need to register to book online?
No.
Do I have to pay a booking fee?
No, there is no extra charge for booking through Ticketvala.com
Can I Cancel/Transfer my e-Ticket?
A cancellation fee of 15% of the booked value will be
applicable if the ticket is cancelled atleast 24 hrs prior to the
departure of the bus. On cancellation within 24 hrs of departure,
charges levied can be upto 100% depending on the service provider.
Please check with our Customer help desk for the exact cancellation
rules on the ticket you have purchased. You cannot transfer your
tickets.
Will I be eligible for any refunds if I miss
the bus?
No .
How much luggage can I take? What is my luggage
allowance?
The luggage rules vary from bus operator to bus operator. Up to
20 kg personal luggage is generally allowed. Commercial luggage will be
charged separately.
I have lost my ticket printout. How can I
retrieve my booking ?
Simply click on the Cancel/Modify link on the top of the home
page. Enter your PNR Number, First Name and Date of Journey in the pop
up that appears. That’s all, your ticket is ready for printing out.
How can I find the most convenient pick up
point for the trip?
Click on the drop down menu of the Pickup listings on the
search results page and you can access Ticketvala’s unique interactive
map. It shows you all the possible Pickup points in your city with
detailed street maps for your convenience.
What does Ticket Type mean?
There are 2 types of tickets (bookings) on Ticketvala.com.
1. Book - The seat is available and your booking is confirmed
immediately
2. Request - Your reservation request is recorded and we will contact
you shortly to confirm booking.
What does 'Bus Type' mean?
There are 3 categories of buses that can be booked: A/C,
Non-A/C, Volvo
